Nutrition Therapy for Eating Disorders

Specialized nutrition therapy for individuals struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and other disordered eating patterns.

Individualized meal support sessions to help practice eating in a safe, non-judgmental space. These sessions offer real-time support with food-related anxiety to foster more intuitive and compassionate relationships with food.

Yoga Therapy 

Combining the principals of yoga and therapy, clients will be guided to reconnect with their bodies through movement, breath, and mindfulness. Can be particularly beneficial for those facing body image issues, anxiety, or trauma, and works well alongside traditional therapy.

Premier Phase

The beginning- This phase provides structured, high-touch support with weekly sessions. It’s designed to help you build a strong foundation through personalized nutrition therapy, food guidance, and integrative practices which can include any of the following above.

The Continuation Program
I

Ongoing support with bi-weekly sessions to help you stay consistent, refine your approach, and continue building confidence while navigating real-life challenges. Can include any of the above services.

The Continuation Program II

A lower-frequency option designed for maintenance and long-term support, with monthly sessions to sustain progress, check in, and make adjustments as needed. Can include any of the above services. 

Session frequency is always personalized and can be adjusted over time to ensure you feel supported without becoming overwhelmed.
